Hiya ,Thanks a million for such a great video,i need to a question,i have an ulcer problem,and cabbage juice is awesome for it,can i add an apple,carrot and cabbage,frankly i didn't like the taste,if i add apple,it would more easy to drink,please help
@fishbowlgoldie Thanks. I've been drinking a glass of cabbage juice every day for the past few weeks and it has really helped. The pain I get after eating has reduced significantly, I'd say about 80%. I juice cabbage, apple, cucumber and carrots. I might try adding ginger. Who knew cabbage was so great! Here's to good health :-)
@sultanchamp - Juicing allows the body to absorb the beneficial nutrients easier and in larger amounts. I've been juicing cabbage for a few months now to remedy painfully acidic stomach issues and it's worked COMPLETELY I'm 100% better. I drink it every day mixed with carrot / apple / aloe juice / papaya / ginger to keep the flavors varietal. Juicing has been a huge life changer for me.
