@furiousstyles808 It doesn"t matter,where you live,Im sure they have Hawaiian as well in Tahiti too.this is a polynesian tradition,If you ever been to the Polynesiann Cultral Center,then you will understand why.

However, being an entertainer in the Florida tourist zone I am aware most people don't know much - SO - if they associate ANY Hula with Hawaii, then it is advertised as Hawaiian ,-] There are a bunch of "raggae" bands that do "commercial calypso" - the tourists think it's raggae. They would likely hate real raggae. So it goes! Tahitain is way sexier and more fun - but in the real world of marketing, "a rose is a rose - by any other name would smell as sweet" ,-]
