I'll have to agree with tikmol on that. After all, this is boxing, a sport. Anybody with the talent, guts and determination can make a mark. Enough with the personal attacks and insults already. I heard from my relatives in the Philippines that Erik Morales is indeed treated like celebrity. Filipinos are good sportsmen.

It's not Mexico vs Phils. It's one boxer vs. another. I'm Pinoy and a huge fan of one of the best featherweights I've seen: Salvador Sanchez whose career was cut short at age 23. Sad day for boxing. I'm glad that Morales is enjoying his celebrity status in the Phils. He's even surprised that people mob him for autographs. Why? Pinoys know how to appreciate great boxers.

Good Pacquiao - Solis fight. Again, Manny clobbers him to the canvass just like any other foes who were not strong enough to stand up to him.
