  • I believe those were the Mavic Cosmic's. Not an excellent set. I prefer Easton products. but that's MO.

  • What brand are that blue rim and hub?

  • I think its best to have two sets of wheels and two types of tires - and two sets of each type of tire. When u get to the race decide what tire you want to use, and then install it on both wheelsets.

  • itd be funny to try and finish an off-raod race which already destroyed your mtb tyres - on slick tubes!

    I think its pretty common sense to have 2 sets of wheels but if its for a race, its probably best to have similar tyres.
