If you want to do that, do a natural juice fast during the week and then fast on water on days you are off. That is WAY less intense then only water.

I want to do this but can't seem to afford the luxery of relaxing in Thailand during my fast lol...will it be a bad thing to continue going to work during my fast

I'm finding these videos very helpful in my own fast- thank-you for posting, and for doing the research about the back pain. I was experiencing that last night too, and it was my seventh day. Today's day eight and we'll just see about feeling no hunger! I hope you're right.

Water Fast?? I've done that for spritual reasons. But only for a day. There's no way I could do that for 40 Days.
