The video (13 Sep 2009) captured the actions at approximately 4.5 - 5.5 km of 16-km run.
Note: Wonder the organizer is unaware of certain measures for this competition: 1) Runner run with the traffic flow - why no one-lance closure?; 2) More people to direct the runners at juctions - to avoid confusion; 3) Insufficient signage to indicate the distance covered espcially the last 5km,
Or simply they are atually aware of it but just to maintain the cost incurred?
Do you think runners / participants should demand for above measures for this competition regardless of goodies and medals? We paid for close to SG$2 or more per km run?

I'm taking a guess that this occurred in Singapore? Isn't Singapore an extremely regulated society?  How could such an unprotected race have taken place? UNTHINKABLE!
