  • But this is his way. He is a thinker. The tension created by this approach is unbelievable!

  • I've always liked this tune...I think I heard Monk play this back in the fifties. I've just started playing it again --and listening to YouTube versions. Lots of great stuff --but yours went further...out, and further in. Beautiful. Thanks.

  • A chord melody MASTER!

  • The Louis Stewart Trio plays in The Stag's Head,Dame Lane, Dublin 1. on Sunday afternoons.

  • That's what jazz sounds like!

  • @carlosjazzpick ohh ok I'm sorry master, not a word more on morons. Anyone here did understand what you said of Louis Stewart, a impressive player I love too. About Mina Sambinha, IMHO it is a masterpiece of brazilian jazz, it got near of 30k views and 100+ comments a year in youtube! congratualtions my Master. Despite you said on fame or recognition, I bow to you.

  • @carlosjazzpick

Sop why did you remove the comment? So your little kids you've been grooming will find out about you being a peedo?

  • @carlosjazzpic

Start? Na, I've studied Jazz for years and years. Clawing clawing clawing...

  • @balzacinyourface you absolutly wrong, you only are showcasing your ignorance in jazz. I said "out of time" meaning Louis have a magnificent sense and ability for spatial and metric displacement of notes and phrases, a cool jazz resource heard from great players like Coltrane, Metheny, Hancock, Robben Ford, Martin Taylor and many more. You stop lying, be humble and start to study music if you want to speak about jazz properly or as a player yourself.

  • @afinadores Marcos, thanks but stop that now my friend. it is not a obliged thing that everyone like the playing of everyone. It is a personal decision. I am just a guitar player who love music, not a seeker of fame or recognition. Btw, thanks for your nice comments in my Mina Sambinha video. I appreciate it. Now calm down please.

  • @carlosjazzpick

That's not what you said. You said he played out of time. So stop lying, and practice more.

  • @carlosjazzpick

Well we're all big friends and happy campers now. Can you give me your version The wheels on the bus?
