Wow, this video really put a totally new perspective on the song for me. I never thought of the "lady" in the song as Lady Liberty. Good job. It makes me a bit squeemish this video, but what kind of a person would I be if it didnt?

@ N2YJP - Ron Paul has already won. If you watch the news and listened to the last two republican debates, they're all parroting Ron Paul. His ideas of limited constitutional government, low taxes, free markets, and a return to sound monetary policies based on commodity-backed currency have brought about a new idea of true freedom in this country. Liberty...when it begins to take root is a plant of rapid growth. An idea whose time has come cannot be stopped.

The r3VOLution of 08 changed the American political landscape. More people have woken up to the lies of the establishment and status quo politicians. @OrenLovesTori Yes! I saw that a few months ago. It is great! However, you could tell vocally it was very difficult to perform, which is probably why she decided not to do it again. She knocked it out of the park though. A gem of a performance for sure.

@PreciousEarthquakes2 Tori Amos has only performed "Dark Side of The Sun" live once. Florence Italy in May 2007. It was filmed by the audience and is on Youtube as "Tori Amos live Dark Side Of The Sun (American Doll Posse Tour 2007)". Note: I read that there were some technical glitches during that performance.

WOW the two women at the end, one from Iraq I think and the other in Washington DC both crying across the world for their loss. Knowing who the American woman is makes it even more powerful because I can hear the Iraqi womans same thoughts and concerns in the American womans story.
