  • All I can say is keep Texans out of the Bakken oil fields. They are rude, obnoxious, dangerous, and aren't wanted here.

  • i love north dakota

  • @TTURedRaidr and know how to drill better then the whole entire world...Not everyone from Texas is a jackass

  • @CMink7777 Yeah i heard u got big chances of getting a job there a think @reotardodickcraprio is just a hater who doesnt want people to make a lot of money. im getting prepared to go there in 2 or 3 months im saving money to head up there. good luck man!

  • Ladies and gentlemen, if I say I'm an oil man you will agree.

  • @reotardodickcraprio I was going to go out there to get a job. I know someone who moved out there with no experience and is making 100k within a few months with no cdl...as well as two other people...i might just take my chances

  • My advice would be get as much roughnecking experience on land rigs, and when you are working shakers, or derricks, apply offshore in the GOM. Land rigs are a harder row to hoe than working offshore, I did both back in the 80's and 90's and offshore is the ONLY way to do this kind of work.

  • I called 3 oil jobs and they all wanted to hire me that day.. and i have no oil experience. I have lived in North Dakota for my whole life, and do have a class A with a tanker endorsement, no hazmat i was going to truck water.. so that probably helps.

  • before you all start flocking here, either have a Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement or atleast a year previous oil field experience or you wont get hired. just letting you all know. i work as a floorhand here in williston, and i see people filling out applications all day most of them with no experience, and i know for a fact they wont get hired, and the HR department is so sick of getting so many apps from people who have no experience in the oilfield.9 out of 10 applicants dont get call back

  • didnt that rig blow up like 3-4 months ago?

  • If you live, work, or just want to know more about the bakken google "thebakkenformation" With the quotes and join the forum. We also have a rigs page that updates every day in the blog section... If you are en employer you can post jobs for free in the jobs section of the site.

  • you fucking queer there is no mountains in north dakota you want moutanis go to woyoming, montana, orgon, idaho, washington.i live in ND used to line in Montana and there is not 1 mountain in north dakota
