(Nina is 45 yrs old.) This variation on the Traditional Burpee adds a twist of Reverse Burpees. Together these 2 movements train a balanced core or midsection that can manuever the upper or lower body weight in multiple orientations. There is a single demonstration, followed by explanation, then 10-reps done in succession wiuth some variations demonstrated as well.
