It's interesting that the "in" thing is to take Mozart at incredibly fast paces. I am wholly convinced that this occurs less with other composers. A perfect example is 4:15 to 5:00 where there is an apparent misunderstanding for a perfect musical statement in an otherwise fast piece. Mozart enjoys to make statements in pieces and if you rush over them I believe you miss the point Mozart was trying to make, it's like a novel, you don't skip pages to get to the end.

Some commenters are apparently unaware of what an "Allegro". This is very fast. Where is the elegance of this concerto ? Towards the last tutti before cadenza , pianists lost the stability of communication caused by the very fast tempi during ascending e-flat scale and (probably) by the lack of rehearsals. Anyway , any concert done is well done. Good luck to these pianists in their career.
