  • expert tips? you're a blue belt. nice techniques though. that lock might just come in handy on the street, but on the mats, i'd rather take side control. thanks for uploading. wasn't sure if this was what i was looking for, but it was.

  • Thanks for the Technique of a Wrist Lock. I only know a few, but not their names. I forgot them actually. Anyways, is this YouTuber a Karate Teacher for online? If he is, this'll be fun! Thanks! Subscribing, Favoriting, and Liking! Bye!

  • @urabasturd84 The elbow to the spine might work if you drop it before he actually applies the wristlock. The moment the wristlock pressure gets to the point which compromises the wrist? You're MUCH more concerned with protecting your wrist because you feel that it'll crack like a eggshell within fractions of a second. The surprise factor, speed and pain of this lock is highly underestimated.I teach my self-defense students to do this during the scramble and to flow into it with strikes.

  • Bam, Elbow to the spine. (LOL)

  • can you do this in playstation?

  • @chandlerbeckhoff not in a jiu jitsu match.

  • couldnt somebody just nail u in the back when u do that?

  • I think I've done that before by accident
