How to make Sweet and Sour Chicken Part 1

Sweet and Sour Sauce

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoon of oil
1 red bell pepper diced

1 Mix water and corn starch.

2 in seperate bown mix together sugar, vinegar, soysauce, and ketchup.

3 in small pot add diced pepper cook until tender.

4 Add ketchup mixture to the pot stirring well.

5 add water and corn starch mixture, mix well, cook on low stirring every few minutes until sauce becomes thick.
