MAME is LOATHSOME!!! Who cares that the goal of the MAME project is to document the hardware? The goal of the people downloading and installing MAME on their pcs is to play freakin' retro arcade games!!!! But what do they get? A message saying "The selected game is missing one or more required ROM or CHD images" - and if you Google this message seeking help, you find exchanges on forum in which vile megageeks take the opportunity to gloat about how smart they are "no one is going to spoonfeed"
