Top 40 AM station in Philly, WIBG, started an FM station in the late 60's that was completely automated. No commercials OR DJ to tell you who or what was playing, and just gave the call letters every 20min, and were playing obscure, underground music at the time, like RC, Led Zep, Cream, B S & T with Al Kooper, Focus doing Hocus Pocus, and yodeling, and more, and it was a trip... and hard to find out who or what was playing.
