I'm a very early beginner, but I have a friend who is instructor in many styles (hi Sean!). He put me onto Sonnon.
I notice Sonnon's body movements are a dead ringer for Kadochnikov Jr.

Scott Sonnon is well known and well respected in the Russian martial arts community, specifically Sambo. But his fitness programs all emphasis flexibility and flowing, so thats why this seems so like Systema. I'm sure he's done Systema too

He is a Master of Sport in Sambo AND the 1st Westerner to be licensed as an instructor in Russia to teach ROSS Systema.
