Look for the words "fits mot toilets". The flapper will usually come with a collar for refill tubes with no mounting arms. If the refill tube has mounting arms you can cut the collar off with a pair of scissors. It cost me $10 to replace the flush handle and flapper. :)

If you look carefully, you can see that the Refill Tube (little black hose from Fill Valve) needs to be attached inside the Overflow Tube...Toilet will not flush correctly, unless Refill Tube is inside the Overflow Tube, instead of just putting water into the tank...
