actually what happened in this game was that Jocky walked off stage in a mood without shaking hands after Big Cliff beat him and that is what Cliff did to Jocky when he walked off.

Cliff spoke about this as a guest on a programme on BBC recently, presented by Eric Bristow, about the 80s darts heyday.
Prior to what is shown in this Youtube video, Jocky actually told Cliff to, "Fuck off," when Cliff offered his hand to shake after the match. That is why Cliff called out, "Jocky!" and gave him the finger.
Personally, I would do the same.
