  • quite a standing point: international protection of environment as customary international law!!!!

  • it is good succinct presentation. I am a masters french student in international and european law and was faced with the following question at my exam: is the categorization of fundamental rights relevant? I argued the negative, raising the point that protecting such rights requires similar methods of protection whether or not these rights were of the first or of the third generation. But I must admit, I would have benefited from this professor's clarity!!

  • i like this guy. Smart, quick, to the point.
