@michaelwuzthere John glenn is the first american to orbit earth, not the first in a whole world. the first in a whole world was Yuri Gagarin. this is where the problem is, usa has so many propaganda that most of the americans dont know much things about outside of america. some even think the world is only america. that country never had a chance to be honest.
