I have been watching and hearing about Tony Horton's P90X program infomercials for a while now. So I decide to give it a try, WHO! Have I been impressed. The muscle confusion thing really works. There is not one day that goes by that I do not feel a new muscle screaming for mercy.

I know the ripped six-pack, washboard abs will come, as long as I exercise, eat right, and get enough sleep.

I Also like the BeachBody website. It provides so much great information, guidance, trainer tips, and a great community of other folks doing the same thing, I am doing.

I've had a P90X set sitting in my trunk for weeks, and it's now been on my bedroom dresser for weeks. I'm ready to begin... ready to commit. I'm SERIOUSLY, DANGEROUSLY, PAINFULLY overweight. Something has to change.
