i think my back feels better just watching her ..i need to buy me one of those bridges for my house..where do you get one like walmart or something..lol jk..i know the inversion therapy is what i need because i always try to stretch my back on the bed locking my feet on the end and doing a pullup like..feels great..anyone have any other homemade ideas..it was a four wheeler accident and i think i shoved my head up my butt..feels like anyways..great video thank you
