  • I'm hoping to purchase a Tiger Jaguar female to breed with Chewy in the spring or early summer. Even a Jaguar would produce some great looking babies and he's got such an awesome personality would love to breed him :O)

  • @1softkiss my costal (bubbs) is the same ,always friendly a real joy to work with, as for my jaguar WOOO handel with caution! lol (tags me from time to time) i know how to read her now ,took ages, anything that touches her nec will get an instant responce! hope your keeping well my friend ! and yes its a good choice for breeding i think,at the min i am preparing my royals for breeding ,,,all going well some baby snakes next year (got the incubators on standby lol) take it hissy

  • @1softkiss thanks for the link, thats a nice snake : ) would make a nice breeding project.its freezing over here at the min also and we have 6inc of snow! but my snakes are warm and toasty so it dosent matter, and i agree my jaguar should calm down sooner or later just like some of my other snakes where nasty when i first got them. as for nosey&grumpy i dont think you would have any probs selling their offspring ,thay are awsome snakes ,,,,,take care ,talk soon!

  • do it NOW!!!! way cool;)

  • @thejailbreaker Thank you for thee kind words about Nosey and Grumpy. I really think they are amazing for their size and couldn't ask for a better pair. Just hope I can separate them without Grumpy trying to trash the enclosure he has really bad separation anxiety issues if he can't be close to Nosey. LOL

  • @thejailbreaker Keeping well and trying to stay warm. I should be living in a hot climate so I can take my snakes out all year round LOL Carpets sure are worth the time invested with working with them for sure. Most all snakes can change their temperament if worked with. The best on your breeding I've been seriously thinking about breeding Nosey and Grumpy this year and can't wait to try and breed Chewy with a female. Can't resist as sweet a snake as he is :O)

  • Watching the video again I do see a lot of black patterns that continue around toward the belly and the side striping pattern is typical of the coastal. Some closer and better over all body shots would make it easier to tell. Diamonds and coastals really do look a lot alike. The snout size is different, the jaw hinge width is different. A lot of things to compare and hard to do in a video most times.

  • If it's a coastal the black/dark and light rings go all the way around the body and the belly pattern is very thick and If not the belly is mostly white with dark spotting then it's not a coastal. The top pattern is like a coastals but from what i'm seeing the belly is white and not ringed also the head pattern is typical of a coastals. Gorgeous Jaguar Carpet as well and love your Burms :O) Nice editing and video. Alot also depends on the locale where it originated from.
