We got video of the machine working. This was taken after the presentation so we could load a video up here. The ten steps happen so fast that the machine fires and the ball lands before the camera can catch up. In the video, you see the second bounce of the ping pong ball on the target. The launcher reliably fires the ball ten feet. During the actual presentation, the ball actually landed on the tape in the middle of the target.
