personally id say that you would achieve more progress through doing one or two body parts per day and doing negative reps on every set, looks like your lower biceps need to develop more and maybe you should show the progress of your legs as well seeing as you have been doing 3 full body workouts.

@RiddleHD Considering the fact that I'm in med school and that I've taken 2 anatomy classes, I can easily tell the difference between fat and muscle.

@NikoLiberty1000 yeah, but he doesnt just bench obviously. and u can be super small and still be stronger then bigger guys. it wasnt a rude comment, it is the truth. people dont know the difference from muscle mass and fat anymore.
