Our newest addition, Frankie (Frank Sinatra) - my wife was holding him and he got on her shoulder and started "nursing" on the throw that we have on the back of the couch. He was one of our six cats that "found" us from the outside. We knew that he was too friendly to be feral. After a week of living outside, we had to bring him in with our other cats. He is a healthy eight month old kitten, according to the vet. How he got outside and by himself, we will never know, but it's our gain now. You can see him kneading too on the throw.
It's good to know that our cat isn't the only cat that does this. And RIP to your Jules 1 and 2.

He looks just like My Flamepoint Siamese that I had!! Mine aka Jules even did the same stuff like that!!! its almost like they all have the same patterns in there heads on what they like to do its strange!!
I had another Flamepoint Siamese "Jules the first" and he did exactly the same things that our second Jules did. and they both had the same personality as each other..and as it seems the same as your Frankie too!! it must just be in there Genes?
I miss both my Baby Julzeys *sniffles* RIP
