Mesmerizing...then again I'm a sucker for this early modernist stuff, the way the light flickers and the moving shapes seem to glow.
This cries out for a remix...uptempo late 20s jazz perhaps?
(Interesting that you can hear blank soundtrack hiss the last 8 seconds.)

Usually they say sequels are worse than the originals. Like, I hated Titanic 2 compared to the first one, but I like Rhythm 23 much more than Rhythm 21, so basically Hans Richer > James Cameron.
