i have a choice between buying Dark Cloud 1 and Dark Cloud 2. They're both pre-owned and pretty7 cheap. which one should i buy? Dark Cloud 1 or 2? which one's the best?

@paniskio Id stat with the first because its a very good intro game in terms of the Georama mechanics and stuff....but theyre BOTH AMAZING GAMES!!!!!

Both Dark Clouds have amazing graphics for their times and the gameplay/story is amazing. It's a long game with tons of add-ons and extras and thats why theyre my favorite games ever

After watching your review I decided to give the game a second try and I´m talking about the 1º DC, I kinda didn´t like when I played but maybe I was in a bad day when I tried. Level 5 did great games such as Rogue Galaxy and White Knight C.

This is my favorite game of all time. Sadly, I lost my copy by lending it to a friend that broke it. Luckily, I still had my Dark Cloud 1 disc. One day, I decided to buy Dark Cloud 2 used at Gamestop but they stopped selling Playstation 2 games at that location. Two weeks later I found one copy left at another Gamestop. Since then, I have spent 265 hours on this game on 3 files and I still can't get enough (:

I think this game is a hit and miss for a few reasons. At first when I played I thought it was very boring. All I did was focus on moving forward and with tons of dungeons you got bored instantly. The way it is supposed to be played is doing side things too. Inventing, fishing, spheda, ect. Once you start doing those the game became so much more involving. You were excited to do other things. And if you play it smart eventually you have so much money you can do anything you want!
