After Tom left Jane is having memories of him which are not always good and haunt her also...it's a bit of AU, because actually Jane is really missing him with all her heart and when wants to see him so bad again.
The scence when they see again is the last one when Jane can escape from all her haunting dreams and can be happy again
Now I'm not sure if I did a good job, so I would be happy to hear your opinion if I can enter it that way :-)

It's about Jane always has memories in her mind and she sees Tom everywhere she goes. She wants to have him back and is haunted by the memories. Then she sees him again...
