@pointlessworld thats its name in IMAGINE and a few other games, in DDS its Feng Huang, and in Persona its Suzaku

In Chinese legend, Feng Huang is the ruler of the avian race that is said to only appear at times when the land is at peace. It is said that if Feng Huang dies, all birds throughout the land cry out in sadness. In the original text "Feng" was the male bird and "Huang" the female, however in the more recent text, the two have been combined to become one singular feminine being.

also skills like MAX/MIN critical are also effected

Methinks this boss would've a LOT more tougher (or least tedious) if not for its weakness to Ice.

Its the Solar Noise Cycle.
Think of it like "days".. the days doesn't affect the game here as much as Nocturne (to the point some enemies can be strong/weak during Max/Min days, etc).
