I was a policeman for a while and, although it's not the same thing, there is a process whereby police officers are separated from society to a certain degree. I think that this level of separation is increasing as COmmon Purpose and other such influences take root. Our police now look like Mosley's black shirts or Nazi stormtroopers in their black shirts et al. It's time we claimed back our policemen as officers of peace as well.

The Royal Family most be removed from power, and in it's place a proper democracy should be created. One comprising of a small government, overseen completely by the people. No legislation or decision will be passed without the will of it's master - you the people.

I find the assertion that members of the armed forces are brainwashed offensive. Particularly since the First World War, Ratings, airmen & other ranks have held their officers in great contempt, taking the piss out of them in private whenever possible. A "good officer" is just that. A man who won't make you work 22 hour days to keep up with his rival officer, a man who understands that when you say " It's Broke, boss" he knows it's broke.

Sounds to me like this Sapper didn't enjoy his time
