They're practicing to the demo track of Electricity. Because that's certainly JYP's voice on the track. And this is 2PM practicing. The only member not there is Junho. I guess that's their instructor in his place.

Ok. Yes it is 2pm. Chansung is the one that starts out in the middle. White shirt and dark jeans with the belt. Taecyeon is the one in the White wifebeater and dark jeans,The choreographer Park Nam Yong is the one in the white wifebeater and grey sweatpants, Wooyoung is the one in the Grey winter hat, red jacket and white jeans, Nichkhun is in the Red jacket , blue jeans and white sneakers and Junsu is in the dark hat and complete dark sweatsuit. Hope this clears every ones doubts
