READ THIS DESCRIPTION, FOR IT IS CANON.

After Agent Sea Hag infiltrated Castlevania (known to civilians as FOX News), she was immediately halted by an E.O.W. ("Enemy of Westboro", known to civilians as someone with an I.Q. that's ABOVE 9), whom Phelps baselessly accused of being an agent from Konami.

Enraged, Fred stole a top-secret new weapon designed for keeping Anonymous safe from certain groups (and also to pwn their adversaries), which has ticked off and triggered action from Anonymous and the Pentagon (although they're just in it for the lulz).

Deep within Topeka, in Outer Heaven (formerly known as Westboro Baptist Church), Fred has made his demands. Either Konami admits that they are fags and by association all of Japan is fags (because as we all know, a part is equal to the sum, amirite?), or Fred will use his newly acquired weapon to launch a campaign against Japan and any and all Asians.

Meanwhile, outside of Outer Haven, Anonymous has congregated in what could be described as a protest that also involves partying hard. While many lulz are had, the Pentagon uses this as a diversionary tactic to send in their best men who weren't getting some action at the time. They consist of Soma Cruz, a bi-curious albino with a proficiency for kicking undead hiney, and Mario and Luigi, who are in it for the money and the lulz. Their mission is to halt any further acts of terror by the group, and retrieve the weapon.
