Young Jessie is one of those unique talents, like Richard Berry, who never went on to become superstars, but continued to play at clubs and have a large fan following. Jessie sany with the Coasters in 1956 on "Youngblood" and Searching". Jessie was good friends to Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller. He should have been a much bigger star.
