@spanishsupafly Including J Rich, this team had four guys who spent at least SOME time in the NBA. The other three were Mo Pete, Charlie Bell and Mateen Cleaves. Of the four, Mateen Cleaves was the least successful in the NBA, but oh well.

For all intents and purposes, this Elite 8 game was the national title game in 2000. I have long thought that had Iowa State managed to win this game, they would have gone all they way that year. They were VERY good.

The Palace went absolutely NUTS when he threw that down. Had to be the loudest I've ever heard at a sporting event. Still one of the greatest moments of my life
