  • @tefolase nah these are pretty hard on your wrists with a straight bar plus the straight bar is way to long for it

  • @flipbulance it's not the back that's curved it's the size of the butt and hips, really. back curve is all to do with posture.

  • @mddaredevil Her back is flat on the bench she did perfect form.  You have to remember shes a female their backs are curved differently from males.
