So this weigh in wasnt so good but i only have 1 person to blame and thats me! i cheated on easter, didnt exercise as i should have but i will tell you i have made up for it in week three! I wont tell you how much i have lost thus far because i want it to be a surprise! but i am losing weight! thank you all for the support and beautiful comments! Without you girls i dont think i would be doing this because i have someone to account for my actions;)

  • i did but then realized it was becuz i was pms-ing! the next wk i dropped all the weight nd sum;) women always fluctuate weight! damn hormones!

  • i hear ya i was stuck in the 150's for over a yr. my higest weight was 180 on a 5'3'' body yea its alot! my the book i was overweight redline;) but i cut back on all foods nd started riding bike nd walking lost almost 30 lbs then was stuck untill i tried this diet for weeks ago nd lost 6 lbs so far im under 145 yay i havent seen those numbers in over 6yrs;) nd i cheated if u watch my vids i say exactly what i did! nd still lost weight nd maintaining so thats really good!

  • yea the first nine day detox they dont want u 2 eat ne meat im passed that i think im on my way 2 the third stage this wk the first nine days is the hardest i did cheat nd eat sum grilled chicken on the last few days nd still loss weight but the book says no meat for 9 days!
