@ CKPE: dont know if someone answered you yet. The song is called "Viva Colonia" from the group "Höhner". It's actually a carneval-song from my city Cologne, but it's popular in whole Germany.

oktoberfest is not bad, but i think the wurstmarkt (Bad Dürkheim, 15 km away from me) is much more intensive in the term of making party, because absolutly everyone is drunken there^^ We also have no closing ours, the big tends are open until 6 am! But the Oktoberfest is much more cozy, when it becomes night its all about getting drunk like hasselhoff at the wurstmarkt^^ The people lying on the hills, because they drunked to much, u see, closing hours have postive and negative properties...

The song's title refers to the city of Cologne.
During carnival and during Oktoberfest in Munich, Bavaria, the song remains essentially the same except "Viva Bavaria!" is substituted for "Viva Colonia!"
