the full proof way to talk to some one on the street, is to accidentaly purposely bump into them and say pardon me mam are you okay? sorry im not use to this place and i tend to look around at my surroundings alot, if she nods and continues your conversation then introduce your self and talk to her for a moment, if she isnt buisy, then tell her your buisy and have to go, and say u enjoyed your chat and if you can get her number so that you can talk to her again.

I think the only chance I have to meet a girl these days is talking to someone on the street. Online dating sucks. There's no one at work. My only chance is talking to someone on the street, but that's pretty difficult. How can you convince some girl you never met before to go out with you? Sometimes women smile at me on the street but they're walking in the opposite direction and to turn around and catch up to them seems like I'm a pervert.
