The Stuff:
3 organic, free range chicken breasts.
About 4 cups organic broccoli
1 1/2 cups organic basmati rice.
2 cups organic chicken or veggie broth
3 tbsp. organic, cold pressed olive oil
4 cloves fresh, organic garlic
1 tbsp. fresh, grated ginger (about a 1" x 1" chunk)
1/2 cup chopped, organic onion (about half of 1 medium onion)
1/2 tsp. tumeric
pinch of salt and pepper.
half lemon, juiced (if desired)
