Mario Kart Wii- Unlocking almost everything in Time Trials

My Mom made me turn off my Wii yesterday so i wanted to see if i was doing time trials right. So when i went back to the license thing and picked my license the three things got unlocked.
How To Unlock Everything:
Rally Romper/ Tiny Titan (small kart) - Unlock 1 expert staff ghost
Funky Kong- Unlock 4 expert staff ghosts
Magikruser (small bike) - Play on 8 different courses
Baby Luigi- Unlock 8 expert staff ghosts
Torpedo/ Spear (large bike) - Unlock 12 Expert Staff Ghost
Birdo - Play on 16 different courses/Get 250 wins on Wi-Fi
B-Dasher/ Sprinter (medium kart) - Unlock 24 Expert Staff Ghost data
Toadette - Play on all 32 different courses
Mii Outfit B - Unlock all Expert Staff Ghosts in all 32 Courses

These are only the time trial unlockables i'll make a video about the other ones!

@soloassassin555roks Another way to unlock baby luigi is to win 100 wfc ghost races ok good my brother wats that baby luigi!

@popdrop1206 here's the real way Beat the staff ghost by a certain number of time depending on how big the track is. Like Bowser's Castle you would have to beat by seven seconds. btw the highest time that you have to beat it by is seven.
