Now I sort of hate weekends. More time = more eating time. All my friends know I'm on a healthy diet so I tend to not eat much in front of them. Then one Saturday I was so bored I ate so much ice cream and crackers. Ugh I feel sick of myself
If you crave something sweet ur body is telling you you need a fruit of some kind. But most of us would grab the choc not fruit. Or we wait till that craving gets out of control till we grab something sweet like candy/ice cream etc.
Lol, when you diet, you have to select food you like. This is especially necessary when making green smoothies, hehehe, because unless you add tasty greens you'll be dringking boring green water. Arugula and spicy peppers are pretty good.
