so how long is the range there ive herd 300 m - 1km so i havent been out there yet but its closeing soon so i better get out there

OK, I want to go shooting at this range, what do I need to do? Can I hire a gun and just buy ammunition there? Do I need to own a gun and supply my own ammunition? Please help me out if you can.

@fitzyuc Just need to contact one of the rifle clubs that shoot out there every weekend and fill in a temporary shooters license. They will supply a rifle and sit with you and you just need to buy some ammo.

@fitzyuc I think its like $30 for a temp licence and then about $25 for 20 rounds of .308

@petesheep Yeah the Omark is a great rifle, i still don't own one though. I ended up getting a Rem 700 in .308 instead.

How long you been shooting for?

Sweet, I'm just starting big bore & I'm looking at buying an Omark myself. Only used the club gun so far and on a rest as well. Looking forward to proper comp shooting.
