In Kung Fu, there's a secret punch called the "air punch", where the puncher actually does not come in contact with his opponent, yet produced physical damage beyond belief. I think it works on the same principle. The MIND punches itself. In this case, the mind falls prey to other stimuli and respond appropriately.

@Snyzeru - seriously? I find it quite interesting that you obviously are trying to say that this video is unappealing or in some way ridiculous or "stupid" and yet you can't come up with any way to express that view except derogatory hate speech. It's things like that that perpetuate horrific bullying in this country - the continuation of hatred and "stupid" notions of inequality. Get a thesaurus if you can't find another word, or simply don't speak at all.
