Wow nice. The Engineering part made me laugh so hard that I had hiccups for hours. The Engineering part made my day. Its funny because I had the idea of having a video about runners and killing them with deadly throw. With the 30 seconds to mars song. But everything you did I was going to do. But aw well, back to the drawing board for me. Also, what program are you using to edit your videos.

Its called WARcraft.

But more to the point, its possible to counter gankers if you know what you're doing. Staying at full health and avoiding stupid mistakes (pulling more mobs than intended for example) makes things better. It also helps to set up a macro that forces the camera to face your character and show the area behind you. Its possible to customize it to a keybind that zooms the camera to face your character but backed out all the way.

Common sense at its best.
