  • i'd rather have a guy who cheated on his wife and ran off with another woman than some guy comparing poor children to stray animals who will keep "breeding". That's some straight up eugenics bs right there.

    Real Christ-like...

  • lmao, great point!

  • Unlike many Republicans, I am not such a hypocrite to be demanding Governor Sanford's resignation.

Many Republicans voted for the certified adulterer John McCain. If a Republican thinks it Ok for an adulterer to become president, then what is the problem with letting an adulterer governor finish his term?

At least Governor Sanford didn't dump his wife and marry his mistress like McCain did.

  • I think the better idea is that Andre Bauer should resign. I could list many more things he has done that lead me to believe Bauer is irresponsible.

Governor Sanford at least admits he's wrong, something Bauer hardly did, something Clinton never did.

I think Gov Sanford is sincere and I think he will actually be a better leader in the future.

  • Resign, Governor Sanford. Be a man, and accept the consequences of your behavior. A romantic affair--as terrible as that is--would be a forgivable offense. But you've betrayed the public's trust by your abuse of the taxpayers' dime. As a conservative Republican, I am incredibly disturbed by your betrayal of the public's trust and by your unwillingness to cede political power. Resign and retain at least a shred of dignity, sir.

  • This guy is a disgrace. He took off of work, with no notice or instruction to his staff, and flew to Argentina, on OUR dime,

to screw around on his wife. This is a guy that caled for Bill Clinton's resignation for FAR less. Clinton never went AWOL from work to get some..............

  • There is strength in his words if you're willing to lend an ear. I think more substantive than anyone in public office at this time. Again... if you're willing to hear the message. Alas Mark, tis tough to be human.
