Ask your pastor if any of the church's "benefits" are legally "tangible". Watch him stutter, change the subject, obfuscate and so on. Quit believing in magic, quit wasting your life and money on the intangible and be realistic. Jesus isn't coming, God isn't real and the church will never entertain a request for a refund. Atheists don't tithe, pray or believe in a magical intercessor, that's why they almost never suffer from depression caused by disappointment.
