Questions:
God is illogical - Do you mean because he doesn't exist or because of the problem of omnipotence together with onmiscience, etc?
God can exist without existing - Um, what does that mean exactly? Was this derrived from the previous points?
It seems that the conclusion should be that yes, God exists; as an idea.

First thing, this argument isn't supposed to make sense. If it sounds stupid to you that's because it is stupid. haha :P
Illogical as in God is not based upon and does not have to follow logic. IE: he/she/it can tell a true lie because logic is meaningless to it.
"Existing" and "not existing" are mutually exclusive. Logically you cannot be both existing and not existing. Since this argument has the premise that god does not have to follow logic then god can be inconsistent.
