Bridgeit Tanzania uses mobile technology to transmit educational video content to under-resourced primary schools in Tanzania. These videos, along with interactive lessons and learner-centered teaching, are changing the classroom experience in 150 Tanzanian schools. This short documentary shows how a unique multi-sectoral partnership—which includes the International Youth Foundation, the Tanzanian Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, Nokia, Nokia Siemens Networks, Vodacom Foundation, and Pearson Foundation—is improving teaching and learning in the Tanzanian classroom.
