It starts and ends with some guy talking, forget who he is, someone important, like a bigwig at NBC maybe, but I edited him out. It was initially in one of the final scenes of episode 'TOW The Birthing Video', season 8, by the way. Then they repeated the scene again in the next episode 'TOW Joey Tells Rachel'.
